When you add Guardexa to your Discord server, we collect the following information: server ID, channel IDs, role IDs, and user IDs necessary for the bot to function. We also collect configuration settings you choose to apply, such as moderation rules, custom commands, and ticket configurations.

How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used solely to operate and improve Guardexa. This includes processing moderation actions, managing tickets, tracking levels and economy, and maintaining server configuration. We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, regular security audits, and strict access controls. Database connections are encrypted and access is limited to essential personnel only.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as Guardexa remains in your server. If the bot is removed, your data is automatically deleted within 30 days. Moderation case logs are retained for up to 90 days for appeal purposes. You can request early deletion by contacting our support team.

Third-Party Services

Guardexa uses the Discord API to function. Data shared with Discord is subject to Discord's Privacy Policy. We also use hosting providers (Vercel, Railway) and a database provider (MongoDB/PostgreSQL) who have their own security and privacy practices.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. You can withdraw consent at any time by removing Guardexa from your server. For data requests, contact our support team. We will respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days.
