Welcome to Guardexa. By using our Discord bot and services, you agree to the following terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By adding or using Guardexa ("the Bot") in your Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot. These terms apply to all users, server administrators, and members of servers where Guardexa is present.
Service Description
Guardexa is a Discord moderation bot that provides moderation tools, ticket management, leveling systems, economy features, and community engagement tools. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for: (a) complying with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, (b) using the Bot in a manner that does not violate any applicable laws, (c) ensuring you have the necessary permissions to add the Bot to a server, (d) maintaining the confidentiality of any authentication tokens or credentials.
Prohibited Uses
You may not: (a) use the Bot for any illegal purpose, (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Bot, (c) use the Bot to harass, abuse, or harm others, (d) exploit the Bot for unauthorized commercial purposes, (e) interfere with the Bot's operation or attempt to bypass its limitations.
Supporter Subscriptions
Guardexa is free to use. Optional Supporter subscriptions help cover hosting and development costs. Payments are processed through Discord's payment system. Refunds are handled according to Discord's refund policy plus our 7-day money-back guarantee. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
Limitation of Liability
Guardexa and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Bot. This includes but is not limited to data loss, service interruption, or any actions taken by the Bot based on your configuration.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Guardexa at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Guardexa after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via our Discord server and dashboard.
